Creating OASIS files for SHP

Available with Main Office software version 5628 dated 01/09/15, agencies will be able to create an OASIS file to submit to SHP.  SHP files will need to be created using the Create OASIS XML Files screen.  The button to access the screen can be found on the Main menu screen.  The OASIS assessments to be included in the file should be selected by placing a check mark in the VA column.  After populating the Electronic File/Directory location and naming the file, the Option to be Performed should be selected to display Vendor Analysis- Create SHP, PPS+…files.  The Vendor field should display SHP.  The Perform button can then be selected to create the file in the format to be submitted to SHP.
