Status of Ftp Transfer Issues

We are continuing to work as quickly as we can to get ftp connection issues resolved.  We hope to have software updates available within the next few hours.

In the meantime if you need to get data transferred to or from your laptops, if your laptop users are able to come into the office we will be able to walk you through doing network transfers instead to retrieve information.  Please give us a call if you need help doing ‘via local area network’ transfers instead of ftp ones.

Unfortuantely we were forced into a change in ftp providers yesterday when we found out after the fact that our current ftp provider had a change in policies that they began enforcing over the weekend.  As soon as updates are available we will post another message.  If you have any questions or would like assistance in doing network transfers please give us a call.
