To resolve the data transfer problems with the datapipe and with obtaining HHC 3000 software updates, please perform the following steps:
- Download http://ip.hhc3000.com/ipupdate.exe
- Copy the file to your software folder (where swhhc.exe exists)
- Run ipupdate.exe from your software folder
- After the IP Update completes, please perform a normal system update using the yellow computer icon. As usual, this portion must be done while nobody is logged into HHC 3000.
Doing this should re-establish the ability to execute your Datapipe synchronization as well as do updates for the main HHC 3000 office system.
This replaces any previous updates to the Office Software side. Clinicians using the point of care software on their laptop will still need to obtain the clinical point of care updater to update their laptops from http://ip.hhc3000.com/clinicalupdate.exe
