Available on version 4505 are several corrections and changes to the Blank Comprehensive OASIS C printouts [found under the Listings area in HHC3000].
M2040 now has the ‘na’ option included in this question and ‘Severity’ under M1020/1022 has been correctly changed to the abreviation ‘SCR.’ [which stands for Severity Control Rating]. We have also added the Faces Pain Scale to the Pain Profile area as requested by several agencies.
