Hospice CAHPS Survey

Agencies submitting Hospice CAHPS surveys to Hospice CAHPS survey vendor, Fazzi will need Main office software version 5719 or higher.  Changes have been made to correct file formatting.  Once updated, Hospice CAHPS survey files should be recreated.

Agencies receiving errors on Medicare Final Claims created with software version 5668 will need to update the Main office software to Version 5669.   Main office software version 5669 will correct the error in Medicare Final claims.
