In Insurance Companies maintenance under the generic invoice tab we added a checkoff to not show the billing rates on generic invoices.

We added 3 new patient activities; Pediatric Comprehensive Assessment, Physical Therapy Comprehensive Assessment and Occupational Therapy Comprehensive Assessment.  Version 4501.

On the Generate Invoices screen there is now a check box to print the UB04 or 1500 in color.

Changes for Medicare Hospice billing, both UB04 and electronic, to incorporate daily visits showing 1/4 hour units, is complete.  The changes are date sensitive, 2009 visits will bill under the old format and 2010 visits will bill under the new … Continue reading →
