Available on version 4619 will be a change to the Patient Visit History By Day report.  We have added a service code filter to the report parameter screen.

Schedule Adjuster change

Available on Version 4618 is an added warning on the Schedule Adjuster screen so that a user does not accidentally change the visit date on a range of dates all at one time instead of moving visits for a specific calendar date to another calendar date.

New option on Recert Due Listing

Available on version 4615 will be a new option to run the Recert Due Listing for only patients receiving ‘PT’ services based on ‘PT’ being checked on the Patient’s main Demographics screen under the ‘Current Therapies’ section.

Change to Summary By Insurance Co./Service Report

Available on version 4615 will be a change to the Summary by Insurance Co./Service Report so that when you put a checkmark in the option to Exclude Unbillable Visits that it will now look for records with a Zero billable amount instead of automatically excluding all visits that come from service codes set up to be excluded from statistical visit counts.

Electronic Approval Password issue

Several agencies have reported an issue with electronic approval passwords changing over the last couple of weeks.  The password will work for a few days and then stops working.  Please get update version 741 for the laptops.

As part of the update we have modified the box where the user inputs their document approval password.  If the user can’t remember their password or has a problem using the password that they had been using they can now view their current password or reset their password by pressing [Alt][F12]. If they choose to reset their password they will be asked to confirm the reset.If they click on yesthey will be required to enter a new password to approve the document.
