If you are getting a rejection from FAZZI stating “MedicarePayerFFS must be a 0 or 1”, you will need to contact FAZZI and let them know you are submitting using the Standard File Specification instead of the Legacy File Specification.  We made changes to the HHC3000 in August due to changes in file layouts per new specifications sent to us by FAZZI, under the assumption that all new submissions would have to be under the new specifications.  Everything appeared to us as just a change in specifications.  We’ve had several changes from different vendors as they fine tune their submission requirements.  We were not aware that FAZZI would allow sending both the Standard (new) and Legacy (old) formats.  The use of the terms Standard and Legacy (their internal definitions) were new to us until we called them today because many of our agencies were getting the error previously stated and we figured out what was happening.  As of August, 2010 all HHC3000 files are created in the Standard File format for FAZZI as of the result of the changes we had made.  The problem is that FAZZI may be comparing your new submissions against the old Legacy specifications.  They have told us that with just a phone call from you to they will be able to correct the problem.  They do not know for sure which agencies use our software.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Available on version 4631 will be a new option to sort the Summary of Scheduled Visits report by office.

Available on version 4630 will be a new report under the Listings area of HHC3000 for tracking answers to M2430 Patient Reason for Hospitalization.

Available in version 4627 – we have added the Order Number field on this report along with a new Sort By option to sort the report by order#.

Available on version 4627 is a new report under the Listings area to track answers for Influenza Vaccinations (M1040/1045) and PPV Vaccinations (M1050/1055).

Available on version 4626 will be a new 2 Week option on the Employee Work Schedule Calendar report available under the Schedules tab in Historical Reports).

Security correction in Historical reports for the security override to not allow certain users to see dollar amounts in reports.

Available on version 4623 is a correction to the security in the Listings report screen.  If an employee is restricted to not be able to run Employee related listings in the Listings screen, the Employee Attendance report was still accessible.  This has been corrected.
