Upper Extremity Strength / ROM

The Upper Extremity Strength ROM documentation screen has been added to the musculoskeletal section of all Physical Therapy documents (PT Assessment, PT Progress Note, PT Visit, PT Functional Assessment, and General Follow Up) with Clinical version 2210 and Main software version 5448.  Enhancements to the screens will continue for the next several version updates.
