System Security – Employee Timesheets

In System Security you can now setup a user’s security as “0” = No Access for Employee Demographics , but allow access to Employee Time Sheets, Employee Requirements, or Employee Notes and the system will allow you into Employees from the main menu.  (In the past a “0” for Employee Demographics would prevent you from even going into the Employees section.) Inside the Employee screen the demographics screen will show only the employee name and id without having the ability to change them.  All other information normally on the demographics screen is hidden.  Tabs for the other sections such as time sheets will only be shown if allowed based upon the user’s security.  This change was the result of a request to be able to access employee time sheets without the user being able to see other sensitive employee information.
